Site Assessment Reports Due Diligence

  • Assess sites and provide comprehensive reports including details to easements, setbacks, height limits, nearby planning applications and approvals, etc. So that you are fully informed prior to making an offer.

 

Feasibility Analysis

  • Comprehensive assessment of a site’s feasibility from a profit-based point of view to ensure the project stacks up prior to purchase. 

  • Detailed NSA’s from comparable property developments, with fully itemised and adjustable parameters to tweak and assess multiple scenarios.

 

Project Management Services


Design stage and Planning Approval

  • Tender, engage and manage project consultants in pursuit of planning permit approval inc Town Planner, Structural Engineer, Drainage Engineer, Soil testing, Architect and local authorities etc.

  • Manage application through to obtaining planning permit.

 

Development Management

  • Prepare principal project requirements T

  • ender and Appointment of builder.

  • Assist and management in pursuit of obtaining building permit. -

  • Support and manage builder through build process.
