Alex, heads up the team at Enjoy Property Group.
Alex is not your typical buyer’s agent, given his extensive education and experience in the property space. His long-standing career as a property professional stemmed from first completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction / Property) with Honours.
Alex's career was founded in the property development and construction industry. His knowledge of feasibility analysis and costings, construction techniques and processes is second to none.
Alex is an expert negotiator having been responsible for negotiating and securing circa 8 million dollars year on year for over 10 years.
Other personal highlights include a series of complex renovations and multi-res. development projects. Alex has even developed and built under his own domestic builder’s license. As a result he has built a substantial property investment portfolio, creating financial independence and choices for him and his family with choices in how to live their life and remove financial stress.
He is a hands on director, and cherishes the opportunity to help others on their property journey. Whether it be securing that dream home on the Gold Coast, or investment grade property for financial independence.
Alex has a fun loving approach to what he does, and cherishes his time with his young family. ‘We love living on the Gold Coast for the active and vibrant lifestyle that it enables’. As a die-hard surfer, you will find him in the water at the crack of dawn ‘to win the morning, is to win the day’.
